This great armband was sent in by Mike Morgan, a Lt. on the Topeka Fire Dept in Topeka Kansas. The tattoo was inked at Fine Line Tattoos in Topeka. The artists name was Jennifer, and it was done in October of 2002. "The 235 is my badge # and the 173 was my dads badge #." |
