Description: the whole thing behind this tattoo is one day i was at training and was messing with my dad, who is the fire cheif of my dept., we where asking all kinds of stupid questions like when to pull the hose off the truck after like 15 times he just said "when in doubt whip it out". So I got it on my arm; it's like our inside joke and it's something to always remind me of him.
