"It was done on October 12th at Masterpiece Tattoo in Salem, NH by Jay Clement and is based on the memorial fund rasing patch designed by David P. Kearney of the Philadelphia Fire Department. I knew 40 members of the FDNY and one member of NYPD that made the supreme sacrifice at the WTC, and felt this was fitting."
